The inspiration for our dishes is drawn during the morning's shopping, in order to offer all palates a french experience and it is displayed on a simple blackboard, but you can also consult the menu of the day from noon on our instagram before your arrival.

 

Our menu changes every day according to the seasons and the chef's inspiration, and his mood…Inspiration comes from brasserie classics and childhood memories like grilled white pudding and truffle puree, but also more rural dishes like our duck with fresh chanterelles and quince cream.
